Straight Outta Canberra
- curated by Alexander Boynes
It was said that the best thing to come out of Canberra was the Hume Highway and in fact the rite of passage for ANU School of Art graduates was to leave in order to 'make it’. However many internationally recognised Canberra artists made it in part, because they stayed. This show presents a group of ambitious emerging artists who have realised the benefits of staying in such an easygoing city.
